1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PitchDeck.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
PitchDeck.net is an AI-powered pitch deck generator. We use artificial intelligence to create slide content based on information you provide. Generated content is a starting point and should be reviewed before use.
3. User Accounts
You may use PitchDeck.net without an account for basic functionality. Creating an account allows you to save decks and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all information you provide and the decks you create, including any deck a designer finishes for you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service: to generate, edit, export and share your decks as you direct.
5. How We Improve the Service
To make PitchDeck.net better, we may use content you create on or after October 2, 2026 to improve our service. This covers your decks, the changes you make to AI-generated slides, the suggestions you accept or reject, and the reports we write when you upload a deck for an audit. We use it to improve how we generate, check and design slides.
Only PitchDeck.net and SlideGenius staff, and the service providers who work for us, can see it. We never show your content to other customers or place it in their decks.
You can turn this off at any time in Settings, or by emailing support@pitchdeck.com. Turning it off stops future use. Deleting a deck or your account deletes the records we kept from it.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
7. Limitation of Liability
PitchDeck.net is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Use your judgment when presenting to investors or stakeholders.
