You may use PitchDeck.com without an account for basic functionality. Creating an account allows you to save decks and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all information you provide and decks you create. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of generating your deck.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6. Limitation of Liability
PitchDeck.com is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Use your judgment when presenting to investors or stakeholders.
